Welcome to Palette + Pieces. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Palette + Pieces analyzes your coloring, catalogs your wardrobe, and generates styling and outfit recommendations based on what you tell us and the photos you provide.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Palette + Pieces.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service to you — for example, to analyze a photo or display your wardrobe back to you. We do not use your personal photos to train AI models or share them with other users.
AI-generated recommendations
Color analysis, styling suggestions, and outfit recommendations are generated with the help of AI and are provided for informational and personal-styling purposes only. They are not professional styling, medical, or dermatological advice, and we don't guarantee their accuracy or that you'll be satisfied with the results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
Third-party services
Our app relies on third-party providers (for hosting, email, and AI processing) to function. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we work to minimize disruption.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palette + Pieces is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
